What are your rates?
Should I make a reservation?
Availability changes on a daily basis. To ensure that the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility. You may carry your own insurance (check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance.
Do you give me a key?
You provide your own lock so that you are the only one with access to your unit. Barracuda offers a selection of high quality locks for purchase.
Can I have my lease payment automatically charged to my credit card each month?
Yes. When you set up your online account, you can specify payment options. View Account Manager
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you drop your payment in the drop box at the facility, please DO NOT put cash in this box.
What is the minimum time that I can store for?
The minimum rental period is 1 month.
What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. Watercraft, RV, and other motor vehicle must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?
The entire leasing process can be handled online so that on move-in day you just move in.
For others, the entire move-in process should take less than 15 to 20 minutes. Please keep in mind that this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.
